wxCheckListBox doesn't contain or draw checkboxes with wxMSW dark mode enabled (Issue #26561)

As soon as SetAppearance(Appearance::Dark); or wx_msw_dark_mode are set, any wxCheckListBox doesn't contain any checkboxes anymore. They are not just invisible, there is no checkbox to use at all and no space is reserved where the checkbox would be.

vadz left a comment (wxWidgets/wxWidgets#26561)"BUTTON" theme just doesn't seem to support checkboxes at all in dark mode. I've tried using "DarkMode_CFD::Button" one and it seems to work, so I'll push the fix soon.
