Publish latest builds to VCPKG? (Issue #25748)

trypsynth created an issue (wxWidgets/wxWidgets#25748)

This isn't so much a bug as it is a request for the wxWidgets packages on VCPKG to be updated. Currently it's on 3.27, which isn't the latest 3.2 version, nor the latest bleeding edge 3.3. Is it possible for this to be updated?

Actually, vcpkg has wxWidgets at 3.3.1: https://github.com/microsoft/vcpkg/blob/master/ports/wxwidgets/vcpkg.json
