Debug Alert dialog can get displayed wrong in wxMSW dark mode (Issue #26940)

PBfordev created an issue (wxWidgets/wxWidgets#26940)When running the widgets sample in Debug build under wxMSW dark mode and selecting Hyperlink page, we get the invalid sizer flag combination alert, which is shown with broken layout:
Image: Image (view on web) Moreover, when I move the dialog from a screen with 120% DPI to one with 100% DPI, the font size seems to increase.Neither happens in the light mode.
Could not reproduce when triggering the assert from to the minimal sample, the dialog layout was correct. However, when moving the dialog to the unscaled DPI screen, it breaks in another way: Notice the two versions of the texts in the dialog, smaller dark and bigger light:
