Dropping wxDFB port?

Hello,

I haven't heard about anybody using wxDFB since a very long time and I
don't know if it makes much sense to keep it in the tree. It doesn't
require much work (seeing how minimal it is), but it's still there,
requiring some attention from time to time and consuming CI minutes.

Would anybody regret it if we remove it?

I would, but to be fair I don't use it in any serious production
software, I just play around with it every once in a while. Now I
won't oppose if it is removed.

Let's still include it in 3.4.0 but I'll put a word about its pending
removal in the release announcement and then will remove it if nobody else
uses it.
