Explain the difference between SetDoubleBuffered(false) and MSWDisableComposited() (Issue #22950)

In the documentation, explain that calling wxWindow's SetDoubleBuffered(false) and MSWDisableComposited() may not be the same and when each should be used.

BTW, it seems that enabling double buffering on MSW by default affects not only wxClientDC but also wxWindowDC, which should be documented as well....
