wxOSX: Modeless dialog does not remain above parent (Issue #25971)

Hello,
After the commit 84c3c8f modeless dialogs do not stay above the parent.

with addChildWindow

Is this expected behaviour?

wxWidgets version you use: 3.3.2 (master)
wxWidgets port you use: wxOSX
OS and its version: MacOS Sequoia 15.5 M2
