Show filename in wxFile's error log messages (PR #27208)

Showing only the file descriptor number along with error messages makes the messages virtually useless for end users.

vadz left a comment (wxWidgets/wxWidgets#27208)The problem with doing this is that many existing applications already log an error with the file name separately after getting an error from wxFile which will now become rather redundant.
