Actually since I removed these functions from generic code doing rewrite,
could you just please wait one day, Julian? I thought saying "Ok" you meant
you will wait for my rewritten generic dialog :(

OK, thanks, I'll take a look at that in the morning and
reconcile it with ABX's changes. (I guess I'm using a compiler
that doesn't mind the redefinition as static and extern... anyway
I should rename them.)

I was on a roll and didn't want to have to switch contexts too
many times -- I'll certainly be interested to see your changes
but for I remain slightly sceptical that tweaks to the existing generic
font dialog are going to look good to Mac users. Anyway I look
forward to seeing your changes.
