Is there a reason files.bkl@44 still reference "borland"/"watcom" compilers?

No, it's a leftover, but as the whole bakefile build system is basically a
leftover, it doesn't make much sense to be cleaning it up.

But bakefile is still being used to generate the Makefile/MSVC solutions, right? It's not deprecated yet.
