Fix recent regression in wxOSX wxFileDialog

Don't throw away the panel instance which must be used by the dialog.

This fixes the behaviour after the changes of 7c6300acfb (Refactor to
reuse common code in wxOSX wxFileDialog, 2026-02-02).
