Issue with pluto.starter / pluto reported on GitHub: error: undefined method `to_time' for nil:NilClass

On a new install on Debian, I ran into problems when trying to run "bundle exec pluto build planet.ini -t starter -o build".

Removing several lines from planet-starter/planet.starter.html.erb bypassed the error but causes loss of information in the generated output. (Date information is not being parsed or included in the output.)
