NEW ANNOUNCEMENTS:

Attention Class of 2013 – By now you should have received an
appointment for your senior portrait from Lors Studio. If you have
not received on, please see Mrs. McBride in the library.

Support HS South Pirate Marching Band and go to their bake sale
after school all week. Pizza, drinks and baked goods will be for
sale.

Senior Graduation DVD – WWPHSS PTSA is proud to team up with
CEREMONY FILMS for an unprecedented coverage of the Graduation
Ceremony and Prom & Post Prom!! We are offering a complete 2 DVD set
with all the greatest highlights from all of these events. The
videographer will memorialize important and candid moments from these
3 big events, without getting in the way of the experience itself.
The events will be recorded with high-end, Canon XL2 video camcorders
and edited with professional post production software. The DVD set
costs $40.00 and is available to preorder online now at

You may also pick up a flyer in the edition of Pirate News and Views
or in the HS main office and place the form in the PTSA mailbox.

Attention Seniors – The Post Prom Contracts are available on the
district website and in the main office. To download from the
website, go to SCHOOLS, SENIOR CLASS INFO., HSS POST PROM CONTRACT.
You may turn forms into the main office in the Post Prom Contract
Box. All contracts must be turned in by May 16th.

REPEAT ANNOUNCEMENTS:

Today, Monday, April 30th, the Mercer County March of Dimes Team is
having a fundraising dinner at Carlucci’s Grill. The March of Dimes
is a non-profit organization dedicated to saving babies. Tell your
waiter that you are supporting the March of Dimes and 15% of the
proceeds will go to the March of Dimes. Please support this great
cause at Carlucci’s from 4-9pm on Monday, April 30th.

Auditions coming up soon! –
“WW-P’s Got Talent “ will take place on Saturday, June 2nd. This is a
talent show that will feature student performers of all ages. The
event is sponsored by the WW-P Education Foundation, which raises
funds to support grants for teachers and innovative programs.
Auditions will take place May 2nd, 3rd and 4th from 6 – to 9 p.m. at
the Grover Middle School. Register to audition at the Education
Foundation web site (www.wwpeducationfoundation.org) by Monday, April
30, 2012

Attention Pirates – Do you want to be part of breaking a Guinness Book
World Record? There are only 3 weeks left to learn how to solve a
Rubik’s Cube. The meetings are Thursday nights, 6pm, at HS North in
their lower dining hall. See you there.

Come to the Hoagie Haven Post Prom Fundraiser on Friday, May 4th from
9am to Midnight! Hoagie Haven is located at 242 Nassau Street,
Princeton, 609-921-7723. 15% of proceeds will go towards 2012 Post
Prom when you bring the flyer. Flyers are available in the main
office.

Anyone interested in trying out for Fall Cheerleading will need to
attend a meeting today, April 30th at 3:15 in C-3.

If you would like to make a donation to Post Prom 2012, please make
your check payable to WWPHS South and include Post Prom 2012 on the
memo line. Donations may be mailed to Gail Campbell, Post Prom
Treasurer, 2 Stonewall Drive, W. Windsor, NJ 08550. You may also
leave donations in the Post Prom mailbox in the main office at the
High School. Thank you in advance for your generosity!.

SOPHOMORES: High School South PTSA is offering a free practice PSAT
on Monday, May 7th and Tuesday, May 8th from 7pm-9:30pm, fun by
Kaplan. Choose your night. Free to student PTSA members, non-members
must pay $6.00. Held at South in the 600 area. Results will be
emailed with a personalized phone feedback session. To enroll, fill
out a form in the main office or visit our website at www.southptsa.org

Remember to support Post Prom 2012. Please bring in your McCaffrey’s
receipts and put them in the black and white striped box located in
front of Tracy Jones’ desk in the office.

Seniors – Remember to check the Guidance Bulletin board to view the
listing of ALL colleges that will be visiting this year.
