Hey Mrs. Queens and Mr. King Spouses,

I had a guest out to visit with the Wounded Warriors the early part of this week. He is a Qigong and Tai Chi martial art instructor. If I try to explain it, I will just mess it up. We have 5 Wounded Warriors that already want to take the classes. You all are welcome to take it too. Give Mr. Holloway a call and tell him I told you to call to learn how this form of martial art helps make you a better person from the inside out. If you want to take it let me know as soon as possible. As soon as I figure how many people want to take it, I can set up a schedule and Mr. Holloway will start teaching a couple weeks of complimentary classes to see if you all really want to take it. There will be no cost to any of you.

Give him a call!

I hope you all enjoy this weekend,

hello David,

Here are some documents to support the introduction of Qigong for Stress Management to the Wounded Warriors program at Marine Corps Base Hawaii - Kaneohe. I propose meeting with you to plan the design and implementation of a series of sessions that specifically addresses the needs of the soldiers in your program. I would be happy to make a short presentation and demonstration of the routines that I taught to the Wounded Warrior group at Schofield Army Barracks.

Applications of Qigong (which includes Tai Chi) range from very still meditations with soft music and voice-guided instructions for relaxation, to more vigorous forms that look like slow motion Kung Fu. I have found that soldiers relate to the martial arts aspects of Qigong and Tai Chi without learning it as a self defense martial art, but a meditative internal art that helps them achieve calmness through breathing strategies.

I am currently in the middle of writing, filming and producing a new DVD specifically for the Wounded Warrior groups around the country. I will be happy to introduce this work to you as soon as it is finished. The web link is: http://www.innergycentrellc.com/innergy_centre_website_003.htm

Hopefully we can talk again after you've had a chance to present this information to your colleagues. I am open to working with you in whatever way we can to create a successful program.

Thank you for your kind consideration, David. Take care.

My best regards,
Stuart
