As a Management Analyst, GS-0343-12, you will serve as the Dept of Navy Physical Evaluation Board (PEB) Statistics Analyst within the Administrative Staff. You will conduct analysis of case processing and proceeding results from automated database programs to produce status reports in a professional format. The case proceedings are related to military disability separation/retirement. The PEB determines the fitness for naval personnel who are active duty, reservists or on the disability retired list. This is a supervisory position.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

You must be a US Citizen.
Must be registered for Selective Service, see Legal & Regulatory Guidance.
Suitable for Federal employment as determined by background investigation.
Selectee may be required to successfully complete a probationary period.

As a Management Analyst, your duties may include:
--Developing specialized statistical reports and responses to provide explanations and advice on military disability separation/retirement, administrative processes, policy and work efforts.
--Independently supervise, plan, design, and execute data pull inquiries or projects.
--Advising on the distribution of work, staffing levels and skills using knowledge of statistics.
