Volunteers Needed: Sunday, Sept 28

The WWBPA is scheduled to have a booth (a la Farmers' Market) at the Hightstown Sprint Triathlon in Hightstown this Sunday, September 28.

 

We could use some help to set up the booth in the morning and staff the booth during the event. We've had a great presence in Hightstown (e.g., conducting education/awareness and attending National Night Out and the Hightstown Community Fair, coming up on Sept 11, incidentally). These events are always a great opportunity to advocate for a bicycle and pedestrian friendly community and meet our neighbors. There is a lot of interest from East Windsor and Hightstown residents to leverage our momentum in their community.

 

Come join us!

 

When: Sunday, September 28 from 7:30 am to noon (setup at 7 am)

Where: Hightstown Library on the opposite side of Peddie Lake (corner of N Main St and Route 33 in Hightstown)
