Publication on WW1 grave inscriptions?

Hi all,

I'm trying to locate a recent publication which lists the personal inscriptions that families placed at the bottom of tombstones in the CWGC cemeteries. I saw it at the weekend in Ypres and I think it was called 'Eternal Flame' or 'Eternal Fire' or similar. Does it ring any bells? I foolishly forgot to write down any details.
