to World War One Literature
Dear all,
The Irish WWI poet Francis Ledwidge was killed in action in July 1917 at the third battle of Ieper. He is buried outside Ieper, I have seen his grave-stone.
In Janeville, Slane, C. Meath, Ireland, there is a Francis Ledwidge Museum, commemorating his life and his poetry. It looks impressive from what one can see on the web-site. Maybe someone has visited it?
