First of all, really cute name for the app.

I like the concept and there is a lot you can do with this. 

A few adjustments are going to be needed in the translations. I think you gotta go through all of them unfortunately, so I would definitely start by limiting it to english and romanian. Then once you have those two working perfectly, add them all one by one and check.

For example:
The title on the icons will sometimes wrap if the word is too long:

Once you get past the first menu of adding the car, the app starts talking romanian anyway:

For each country you add translations for, you need to check what their different laws and regulations and requirements are to adapt it to that region.

That's the most basic feedback I can give at this stage about the bugs.

Additional ideas:
- Add theme (light/dark) into settings

- Insurance information, damages, ownership history.

Imagine this could be used by a car dealership, then you would have to look into visiting one of those to ask about what they would need from an app like this.
