There is a club sports fair Tuesday, August 20 in the free zone at the Rec Center from 4-6. Set up is at 3:30. Please let me know if anyone can help out!

I could be there until you get there, but I would have to leave as soon as you get there.

I asked the guy in charge of it and he said we can set up whenever we get there, that it's ok if we are late. I won't be able to be there until around 5. I have a class on Evansdale until 4:50.

It would be great if the first person to get there could have some flyers and a sign up sheet. I have my kit and t-shirt I can bring once I get there.

If you could make a sign up sheet and print out a couple flyers that would be great. I'll come over to the rec and relieve you as soon as I can. I have a couple kits and shirts in my car that I can bring over too.

Hey folks!

I saw all the emails related to the clubs fair on Wednesday after the event. This is not my mix account and I have totally forgot about this Gmail account on the last month I guess. I apologize for that. In anyway, my participation in the club activities will be very limited this year because I am working on my dissertation. I have volunteered to be the safety officer for this year and I can remain in this position if that is beneficial for the club. However, I cannot commit to meetings and other events. I plan to keep training in the fall so I will be happy to hang out for rides or swims but just cannot commit with schedules. Wishing everyone a good semester,
