Hi folks,
Just want to let those of you who ride in White Park know that in response to complaints from various trail users, BOPARC has formed White Park Trails Advisory Committee. You may have noticed the blue markers designating the Blue Loop. This is one of our first projects. We are working on additional signage and kiosks for some of the trail heads.
One important thing to note: "rogue" trail building is no longer acceptable. If you want to build trails or help with trail work, the committee is open to all. You can get more information:

If you ride the Blue Loop, look for re-routes over the next couple days. We are closing the trails that run through the dirt jumps for safety and have re-routed them. We will also be closing some of the jump lines that overlook the ladies softball field. I know this may be a bummer for some of you, especially the gravity oriented folks. The good news is that we have a tentative go ahead for building feature-style trails in the area below the trailer park. If you want to get involved, our next meeting is Dec 9th at 6PM at Marilla Center. Or you can always email me.
