Although I wont be able to make it to the meeting tonight I would still like to award this week's crash helmet to nick caddenhead. Despite major bike issues on the first UVA race day nick made sure that he finished even if it meant turning around on the last stretch, picking up his chain off the ground and sprinting to the finish with bikr and chain in hand. Secondly in the last race of the weekend nick came in a solid 15th in a field of 30+ and as he crossed the finish line sets his bike down and screams "YEAH! I WON!!" causing everyone within earshot to very strongly question the USAC collegiate pointing process. As well as causing me to laugh harder in my entire life. And thirdly nick gets the helmet because as were driving through a bustling UVA campus he shamelessy screams the scottish metal renditon of Country Roads with his torso hanging out the window to general UVA public as we nearly blow out the speakers in the car.

and if all that want enough, nick got taken out/took out a great dane the size of a hourse on our ride in taylortown today
