New for 2015 on hosting races

Hey Guys,

I just noticed that USAC is now requiring someone on the club to be a certified race director in order to put on USAC sanctioned events. It looks like certification is free for one person, and I think all you have to do is pass an online test. But this is something someone will have to do soon before we can put on our road race.
