Patty:
Volunteer Hours. Patty recommends going to girl scout day and high
school visitation day
DEADLINE FOR GRANT = FRIDAY. Julian = Send it to Patty by Wednesday
night. Then, Patty and Kayla will revise it and submit the grant. Must
be in by friday or Patty will make heads roll... ::shudder::

Adam:
Poster: cheap to print. Goal: support the biodiesel project (GIVE).
Print at Evansdale computer lab. Get money from Dr. Anderson

Business Cards: A few design tweaks to work out. Start by getting
paper stock and printing them out ourselves. 25 each. If any active
member wants business cards for themselves, email Adam with your full
name, phone number, email, and Title in the Project. E:

Shirts: Get 4 embroidered shirts to be paid by members. If someone
else wants a shirt, please email Adam at the above address. Shirts
will be ~$25-$30 each due to the low quantity and the fact that they
will be sleek synthetic polo's.

Adam passed around a paper for people to record title onto.
Adam also, as of 10-29-08, has the Biodiesel Project's flash drive.
Adam will contact Dr. A about setting up a Paypal Account.

Kayla:
Lots of ideas for Biz comp elevator pitch.

Amanda:
Needs general skid measurements, etc., to give to NAFTC.(Patty sending
this info)

Goals for Next Meeting:
Design Elevator pitch Layout & Put it together.
