Trunk or Treat: Deadline to register = TOMORROW!

Hey,

Do we want to take part in Trunk or Treat? It will be Monday Oct. 27th
from 5-7:30 pm. As always, the more volunteer hours the better with
this as we can get funding from volunteer hours (= $$$!).

If we do this, we need to register by tomorrow! I was hoping one of
you engineering students who has that time slot free could lead this
up (I would, but I have class @ 6 that day, so could only be there for
an hour). Someone take the lead! (unless, of course, this was covered
after I left the meeting yesterday--again, for class). Reply to this
message for updates.

Hello! I wanted to inform you of a wonderful opportunity for student
organizations to become involved in this month. The West Virginia
University chapter of the Institute of Industrial Engineers is hosting
a community activity called Trunk-or-Treat. This involves brining a
car to the coliseum parking lot and passing out candy to area kids
from your trunk. This provides an opportunity for the children to
enjoy Halloween activities and it also provides a link between the
community and the University.

Date: Monday, October 27, 2008 (This is not normal Trick-or-Treat
night)
Time: 5:00 p.m - 7:30 p.m.
Event from 5:30 p.m - 7:00 p.m.
Location: WVU Coliseum Parking Lot (Band Practice Lot)
