Officers

[Kayla Medina]

Can someone send me a list of officers? I reserved a table for us at
EngineerFest on Aug. 27, and the person in charge (Ryan Sigler) wants
a list of officers. I know Erica is listed as President, I'm listed as
Secretary, and Adam is listed as Publicist, but I'm not sure about
Project Manager, Chemistry Chair, etc.

Also, is anyone interested in helping out at EngineerFest? It's from 6
- 8:30 on the 27th, and all we'll have to do is talk to new students
and pass out some information on biodiesel and our organization.

Additionally, is anyone going to be able to attend the critical
student organizations fair at the beginning of this semester?? I will
be working next friday and will be unable to attend. Is anyone going
to be here to help spread the word??

We can probably do engineering fest, as I thought we all agreed to
have Wednesday meetings again this year.

Guys, so I had planned on starting meetings the 2nd week of school,
Wednesday, the 27th, at 5 PM, the usual time. We agreed to the same
time as last year, right? So, I think at that meeting we should come
up with questions for Matt and other people he's gathered to help us
out. Again, he is just helping us find space, do equipment stuff, but
it is not Mylan itself helping.

With that said, I hope to see you guys next Monday and at the meeting!

I just checked my schedule and I I cannot help out at Engineer Fest
due to my classes. I will be able to attend the meeting however and
help get things ready.
