It is official. The WVU Biodiesel Project will have a Making Biodiesel

TBA.

A photographer from the people in charge of the WVU Homepage will be
there to take photos to put up on the website (front page baby!).

Project T-shirts. If you do not yet have one, make a $15 donation to
the project and get the T-shirt for free. Contact one of our officers

This is your time to shine. Questions:

Who wants to be the Lab Leader/Guide? (person teaching or facilitating
the lab)
Official Lab Assistants (2-4)? Nominate yourselves.
Who has those mason jars from the last lab?
Dr. A says he will be out of town and we need to find someone to open
the lab for us. Who will this be?
---^ Who wants to hunt down a ChE professor to assign this duty to?
Feel free to add to this list...

Hey Ladies and Gents,

I got an email from Sarah Gould who is in charge of the home page and
she said that she needs to reschedule our lab. She wants us to be
filmed by WVU's Multimedia Producer--basically a dude who will
interview us and take video of the lab.

WHAT THIS MEANS:

a) we have to be on our schwag and be able to fire out the interviews
and lab whilst sounding resolved and intelligent.
b) We are going to have to reschedule the lab to a different date (I
was thinking a week later, Feb 20th). We can decide this at our next
meeting.
c) Ideally, we will get both a video spot somewhere in addition to the
Home Page feature.
d) We might also think about doing a practice lab before we get
videoed to work out all of the kinks (not to mention this would be
cool to do).

We can talk about all of this at our next meeting.

Here is the email I got from Sarah Gould:

Adam,
I'm really sorry to ask, because I know it's difficult for you to get
a lab, but could we possibly reschedule?

Instead of sending a photographer, we want to have our new multimedia
producer Scott Lituchy shoot some video. That way we can get video AND
still images from the video. He's out of town on the 13th. Actually,
since we're going to shoot video, he may want to discuss with you
options for filming group members in a variety of settings. I'm
copying him on this e-mail and will also forward him the info you've
given me in the past.

Again, sorry to change plans like this, but I think this will allow
even more opportunities for the University to feature your group's
activities.

Sarah

So, we can talk about rescheduling the lab date, et all, at the next
meeting.

Adam,

Patty and I cannot make it today, because we have a very very very
very important test Friday. But, Dr. A said he will be here the week
that the new lab is. He will only be gone next week. So he can open
the lab for us.

Adios
