Meeting Date: 9/24/08
5:00 to 5:40, Wen Library 425 ESB.
Topics of Discussion:

PLEASE COME TO THE NEXT MEETING!
Avram: Discussed making biodiesel and asked, "Which part of the
process do you want to design?" --Decide and come to the next meeting
to sign up!
Also, Avram will bring Tom D's model for laying out the Project's
skid.

Patty: Kayla and Adam will meet for business plan on Thursday and
streamline it. Afterwards, they shall send it to Patty and Morgan for
final touch ups.

Met with Solomon: SUCCESS! Need to meet with him and his superiors to
prove that the Project is economically efficient for WVU and the
Project, after it has been built, would probably be run by WVU
employees; however, the Project would still be allowed to use premises
for educational purposes.

Going to further look into Grants and let everyone know by the next
meeting.

Adam: In charge of minutes this week.
Going to collaborate with Erica for the VOTE campaign to get people to
vote as to whether or not they would like biodiesel @ WVU. Graphic
ready and to be presented at next meeting.
Next Meeting Goal: Talk about who to give calendars to.

Kayla: Further briefings about Solomon meeting. Meeting with Adam
Thursday.

ps- Erica still needs to post the minutes from last week. Thats right,
boo ya, I just called you out! ;-)

Until next week (where we will have record turnouts ;-)
