Just how the @wvudot twitter account updates it's status

Hey everybody this seems like something neat and worth sharing.

My manager showed me a story about how they programmed the PRT status
updates on twitter: "Using Twitter for Push Notifications"

I thought it was cool that they're using an open source php OAuth
library (http://classes.verkoyen.eu/twitter_oauth "Twitter OAuth") for
making the connection to twitter.
