WVLA Executive Board Meeting - March 24, 2011 (Spring Fling)

Hi, Executive Board Members,

Here is our agenda for the March 24 meeting at Spring Fling at the
Flatwoods, WV Days Inn conference center and hotel next week. (Please
note that our travel expenses will not be covered as per the bylaws
because we are meeting during a regularly scheduled conference.) Jane
Levitan has kindly made arrangements for our meeting room so we will
post it at registration when it is assigned.

If you are unable to attend, please let me know ASAP if you haven't
done so already. I need to give the Days Inn staff a final count for
our lunch at noon on Thursday. I also need to know if you prefer to
attend via Wimba so I can have our room ready to go! Please email me
so I may provide the login information.
