December 10 meeting at North Bend

Dear, Executive Board Members –

Reminder that we are meeting at North Bend this week for the fall
transition meeting in which budget requests are due to the finance
committee for consideration. As Beth indicated a few days ago, the
deadline has already passed so if you still have not provided your
division budget needs, please do so before the end of the day.

Finance committee members - we plan to meet by 3 p.m. on Thursday
December 9 in the North Bend Lobby. The staff at North Bend have
kindly provided a conference room for our use.

Those of you who are arriving this evening are invited to join us for
dinner in the lodge dining room at 6:30 p.m. Breakfast is served at 8
a.m. in the dining room and our main board meeting will begin at 9
a.m. on December 10 in the conference room down the hall of the first
floor. I hope to have our business completed in time for us to eat
lunch together at noon.

I am in the process of compiling a Google Group to help save on paper
so I strongly encourage each of you to travel with a laptop so we can
minimize copying. I plan to bring my projector in case several of you
do not have access to equipment. The agenda is attached. Please be
prepared to present on the topics provided. If you cannot attend,
please send comments to me or a member of the board to present on your
behalf.

Please post your reports to this site so we may follow along
electronically. I haven’t added everyone yet so please bear with me
and let me know if I have omitted anything critical to our meeting.
