What, if anything, does a green wind rose mean, as opposed to the usual blue one?

what elements are normally blue and what elements are you seeing green?

The petals of the rose. which are normally the same blue as the dial arrows, but are now green. An image is attached.

that wedge color is defined by DIAL_APP_COLOR in etc/wview/graphics.conf
