Error, don't know what's happening

Hello,

from yesterday i have this error:
Tried a lot of things (meanwhile i was trying a solution, i also deleted the entire db for a mistake and i have a partial backup) :(
What's happening?

check perms on existing /var/lib/wview/img/dew.png (and dir /var/lib/wview/img/)

Hello Graham and thanks for your support;
i add more information:
1) i didn't edit anything (there was just a server reboot).

2) i tryed deleting all png file
3) i gave 'chmod 777' to all files

4) images.conf is always the same 

What i should to do with perms?

i assume you are running wview as root.

edit images.conf to remove that graph, restart wview and see if it is only that graph having trouble being generated

Yes, i tried also with an original images.cond and lso removing that png.
I try also to reinstall wview but i receive this error:

AH00558: apache2: Could not reliably determine the server's fully qualified domain name, using 127.0.1.1. Set the 'ServerName' directive globally to suppress this message

To start/stop wview:

"#> sudo /etc/init.d/wview start|stop"

chmod: impossibile accedere a '/etc/wview/wview-binary': File o directory non esistente

dpkg: errore nell'elaborare il pacchetto wview (--configure):

 il sottoprocesso installato script di post-installation ha restituito lo stato di errore 1

Elaborazione dei trigger per libc-bin (2.23-0ubuntu9)...

Si sono verificati degli errori nell'elaborazione:

 wview

E: Sub-process /usr/bin/dpkg returned an error code (1)

user@server:/var/lib/wview/archive$

I remove all, also the folder in /var and /etc

I try with a new raspberry with native rs232 port.
No signal, the WS2350 is dead....
