Ambient Weather WS-2080 archive data

I apologize if this has been adressed already, but my searches of the group have not yielded an answer.

Is wview capable of pulling the archive memory out of the WS-2080 and backfilling the data to Weather Underground in the event of a networking issue or host reboot?  From what I can tell, the software that comes with the WS-2080 is able to do that but I don't run Windows so I can't try it.
