wview stopped generating images & html

Hi group, perhaps someone here can help me out? At some point in the first weeks of August while I was on vacation my wview (5.19 with j's te923 hack) stopped generating images or HTML. I've tried installing a clean v5.19, a clean v5.20 and a patched v5.20, but whereas my patched 5.19 would generate HTML once every time I restarted wview and then never again, the other versions don't generate anything. I can see that my data is still being submitted to weatherunderground so it's obviously a problem with the html generation. I've attached some config files so you can take a look at them, the output is at http://www.ockle.org/weather.

Also I should add wview.log (I've turned on verbose logging for htmlgend.

htmlgend is crashing with segmentation violation:

most common cause is incorrect graph index in images.conf or images-user.conf

your images.conf contains:

extraTemp1Week.png     "Greenhouse Temperature (Hourly Avg)"  C           0   141

extraHumid1Week.png    "Greenhouse Humidity (Hourly Avg)"   %           0   142

whereas max index in v5.20 is 140 which will crash htmlgend…

… unless you have coded more graphs into images.c (which would be naughty - own graphs should be in images-user.c)

Well spotted - I had indeed added graphs to images.c in 5.19 but not 5.20. Commenting out extraTemp1Week and extraHumid1Week in images.conf made those crashes go away. Unfortunately I still have no graphs or html output, wview.log after a restart is below:

might just be failing to restart after calamitous crash.

suggest stop wview, remove all .pid files, reboot (easiest way to clear radlib shmem leftovers)

Yup that did the trick - thanks for the suggestions! I'll keep watching to make sure it doesn't stop all by itself again, and then add my custom graphs to images-user.c the proper way.
