On the ARA Network. Check your local repeaters. In the South Charleston area 146.88 and 444.95 with an access tone of 203.5. On the East side of Charleston, Marmet, I77 North and South in that area use 146.82 with an access tone of 203.5. In Boon county and
Beckley use 145.17 with an access tone of 100.0.
