BE AWARE! The Philippines were Decoded this Morning on 6-M

DW4EFT was decoded all along the East Coast at 8:39 a.m. today.  All the spots were at just about the same time so it must have been a freak propagation situation.

STILL . . . .





But, DW4EFT did not show up on DX Summit.  Maybe that was because no one made a QSO with him and PSK Maps was just spotting what all those stations decoded and reported to PSK from their WSJT programs.

WVDXA Member, Bernie, W3UR, solved the mysterious issue of the Philippines being decoded all over the East Coast.

Someone was trying to program WSJT-X to call CQ and they mis-typed what they meant to put in the box.  It ended up looking like a Philippines callsign.  Oops!

TNX Bernie!  Now I know I did not miss a rare one!
