David L. Higley KI8I Silent Key

I just learned this evening that Dave Higley has become a silent key.  Dave was active in the WV DX Association, the Kanawha Amateur Radio Club and the West Virginia Amateur Radio club.  He was known as a knowledgeable Elmer and all-around helpful Ham.  Dave will be missed by all who knew him.
