You can now apply for a 3YØK QSL and/or LoTW confirmation.  Here is the direct link to the 3YØK page:

It is $15.00 U.S. for a QSL and LoTW confirmation. 

If you have multiple QSO's, there is an option (shown with the Red arrow) where you can upload an ADIF file of all your QSO's instead of typing in the Date and Time for each one.  Click on the "Choose File" box, select your ADIF file then click "Submit."
