Hi Everyone,

The Team portion of the Scholastic chess league is complete.  You can look at the statistics/standings, etc. at  Select a section (swisssys.com). The tournament is rated and you can see new ratings here US Chess MSA - Cross Table for WVSCA 2024 LEAGUE (Event 202402032702).  Understand the order of players has nothing to do with tiebreaks, etc.  

As a reminder, the Individual League Championship is February 17.  The entry fee you paid for the Team competition  covers the individual championship as well.  All you need to do is show up.  Scholastic players that didn't participate in the team competition and want to play in the individual championship, may pay the $20 entry fee and play.  

The state championship will be  March 16, 2024 in Clarksburg.  The announcement can be found at https://wvsca.com/events.

We look forward to seeing you in a few weeks at St. Francis of Assisi in St. Albans.
