Hi Everyone,

Attached is a copy of the announcement for the Chess Day/Charleston Chess Club tournament on October 14 at St. Francis of Assisi in St. Albans.

There is an open section and a scholastic section.  The open section is G/45;d5 and scholastic is G/30;d0.      

Registration:	9-9:45 AM USCF Membership is required.
Sections:	Open G/45; d5 3-4 rounds SS Scholastic G/30; d0 3-4 rounds SS
Round Times	Open: 10 AM, 11:45 PM, 2PM, and 3:30PM or ASAP after last game of Rd Scholastic: 10AM, 11:15PM, 1PM, 2:15 or ASAP after last game of Rd
Entry Fees:	Open: $20 Scholastic: $10
Open Prizes	Based on 16 entries.  1st overall $100, 2nd overall $75, Under 1500 1st- $50  U1300 - 1st $25, Trophy & title to Top Charleston Chess Club Member (Membership may be purchased at the site.)
Scholastic Prizes	Trophies for 1st Place, 2nd Place, 3rd Place
Other information	TD reserves the right to modify sections based upon entries, preserving total prize fund.
