Good Morning, 

If you haven't, I want to encourage everyone to register at  Chessregister | Easy to Use Chess Event Registration System .  You can choose to pay using paypal, or can pay via check on Saturday. Checks need to be made out to WVSCA.  

Entering your players and teams into chessregister.com helps me with getting the right players on the correct teams, the players names spelled correctly, etc.  If you have some people you are waiting on to make a decision, please enter the players you have.  It helps make check-in on Saturday easier.  

At present, I do not have anyone scheduled to do concessions.  Please plan accordingly.  We can talk about that on Saturday.  

I want to give a gentle reminder that we get the facility at a very reasonable rate and please take care to keep things in order.  I will need to make sure that everything is left the way I find it.  

There is a lot of work that will be going on late Friday night and Saturday morning to get things ready for the tournament.  Knowing a solid number of players will help with the number of tables needed.  If players or coaches want to arrive around 8:30-8:45 to help setup sets that would be great.  

Again, please use chessregister.com to enter your playersl.  If I am getting you a membership, it will help with that as well.

Check-in starts at 9AM and closes at 9:45AM.  We expect to have play beginning at 10 AM.  If you have changes please arrive early.
