Good Morning, 

I have the current roster for the league individual tournament published here.  The tournament is this Saturday, Feb 22, 2025 at St. Francis of Assisi, in St. Albans, WV.  We will announce the number of rounds on Saturday.  It can be a long day.   We will do trophy ceremonies once the all rounds for a section completes.  

If you played in the league, this tournament is included in your league entry fee.  If you have a player that wants to play and didn't play in the league, the cost is $20 and you need to have a US Chess membership valid through Feb 28, 2025.  

Check-in begins at 9AM. Play begins at 10 AM.

I want to thank everyone for helping during the tournament.  The cafeteria has been kept very nicely and people helping with setup and tear-down make this much more manageable for the organizers.  I hope this continues.  

Also, don't forget the state championships at WV State University on March 15.  If  you're playing in the league, you should be playing in the state championship.  There isn't a qualifying event.  You need to pay your entry fee and have a current US Chess membership.
