Dear Andrew,

I meant to  tell you earlier that as of this week, I have been officially hired as the “Community Coordinator” of the WVC group.  This is an 8 – 10 hours per week, paid position that I am doing out of my home.  My family and I are still members of the group as well.  I am excited to work with the potential homebuyers to keep us moving forward and to be the lead liaison to WVC’s development team and consultants.

 

In response to your concerns about financing cohousing, WVC is well aware of the need to present ourselves as a regular condominium development to the mainstream financial and legal worlds.  We are already discussing how to do that.

 

Finally, I was wondering whether you or one of your associates was planning to attend the Philadelphia Condo Congress on October 23^rd? I am planning to attend with possibly one or two other WVC members. It is sponsored by the Philadelphia Green Condo/Co-Op Initiative and is focused on “green” condos.  Should be cool and I hope to see Iron Stone represented!
