What do others think about asking them to create a proposal to build?

HI Abby!  Sometimes being passionate about something is a pain in the butt.  I can't quit thinking about it ...

To wit ... may make even more sense to forward Onion Flats the pitch package and ask them to price the project.  You'll have to give them land costs at 1.2 million.  Ask them for a proposal to build for you.
