Hey there WVC friends,

 

Hope you're all doing well…. and hope it's ok for me to use the list.  CAI -- the group that puts on the association conference some of us went to for a few years, is hosting an association Board Leadership Development training this Saturday, Nov 12th. I'm thinking about attending and wonder if anyone from WVC is interested in attending as well. 

 

I've put the word out to residents of the condo I bought and will soon be living in.  As I sent that message it occurred to me that this might be of interest to some of you also.  See details here. Cost is $75 for CAI non-members and it's out in North Wales, PA.

 

Hope you're all doing well.  We've had a terrible shock this week.  Hope you've all had good support these last few days.  There was a lovely healing circle at my UU church last night.  I also saw postings about gatherings at GJC and other sites.  These were good places to be.  We'll be ok…. in time.

Hey there Pesha,

 

I'm moving into the unit I bought in the condo building at Greene & Hortter.  Finally got my tenant out last week.  Stairs are taking a long time so better to move in than try to find another tenant.  It's a great building.  Are you still thinking of downsizing?  This place has some issues but there's great potential once the stairs are restored.  Ken Weinstein actully bought the biggest unit on the first floor.

 

Hope your cat finds his way home.

My plan is still to move into town into one of the not-market-rate co-ops either the one at 19th & JFK that isn't Kennedy House or the one at 21st & Walnut.  That way I won't be car-reliant.
