This is a lot to digest. I can see Andrew has been quite rigorous in thinking about the project.

Jack will be back the week of the 25th. I'll schedule a meeting ASAP after his return to this time zone.

Dear Ann,

I hope you are enjoying Florida! Are you there through Thanksgiving?

Our group has already met twice since receiving Andrew’s budget and we have been working hard to understand what he is saying and how we can work with it. Of course, we are also very eager to hear yours and Jack’s analyses of the document and the direction it is leading.

Please let me know some times that you and Jack can have a conference call with the “Liaison Team” (aka, “Working Group”) and I will poll the group to find a good meeting time and set it up. (Mondays and Thursdays are the very preferred days for me.)

Meanwhile, attached is a summary of the minutes from the two meetings we’ve had about this to give you a sense of our questions, concerns, ideas, issues, etc regarding this document.

I look forward to hearing from you!
