Changes in this group

1. Noel Kopriva is now the manager of this group. I will stick
around for a while as a co-manager, but then it will be all Noel's and
she can choose another co-manager if she wishes.

2. Because of the "blue" spam messages, I have changed the group
setting so that ONLY members can post messages, and those messages
MUST BE approved by the managers.

3. Since spammers join a group in order to send their junk, new
members must be approved by Noel and/or her designees. There are six
spammers who joined the group and all six are banned. [They will
reappear with new names, of course.] One of the requirements for
joining the group is to give the name of the library where the
applicant is employed.

I hope the "adult" messages will disappear.
