Wuffs is is a programming language for Wrangling Untrusted File
Formats Safely. The source code is at https://github.com/google/wuffs

Wuffs was formerly known as Puffs (Parsing Untrusted File Formats
Safely), which was released as open source a couple of weeks ago, in
mid November 2017.

The reason for that name change was discussed at "Rename Puffs to
Huffs (or something else)?"
