ErrLog domain

Hi All,

I've just added a domain (and some mods to Http) which record and
display all error pages sent for the current server session.

Configure thus:

errlog {
domain ErrLog
url /errlog
}

Then /errlog will display a clickable summary permitting you to recover
each error page.

More detail:

I've installed it on wiki.tcl.tk/_errlog

You can also call errlog/test to generate an error.

I should provide better summary (how many errors) and better details
(when did the error occur, where was the request from, what was the URL)
