looking for a roommate and summer sublet

I'm a graduate student in engineering and I'm looking for a roommate.

I live in a 2 bedroom apartment on Interdrive, in the loop area, one
block north of Delmar and one block east of Westgate. It's in a walking
distance (15 minutes) from main campus.

The apartment consists of living room, dining room, 2 bedrooms,
sunroom, bathroom, and kitchen. It's furnished except for your bedroom.
It has

- dishwasher
- gas furnace
- central air conditioning
- plenty of storage room

The rent is $247.50 and it doesn't include half of the utilities (gas
and electricity).

It is available from June 2001; if you're interested in only subletting
it in June and July the rent can be negotiated.

Anyone CLEAN and NON-SMOKER is welcome.
